We’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician who knows their trade and wants to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.
You’ll work across commercial and industrial sites throughout Metro Perth and the Peel region, supported by a strong team and well-run systems.
You’ll be set up properly with:

With over 25 years of experience, Allen Air & Refrigeration is a trusted provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services across WA. You’ll be working alongside some of the best in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Diagnosing and fault-finding on complex HVAC & refrigeration systems
* Installing and commissioning systems (VRV, ducted, split, cool rooms, freezer rooms)
* Preventative maintenance and servicing
* Working across sectors including healthcare, government and hospitality
* Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
* Maintaining accurate job records and ensuring compliance

You’ll also bring:
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Solid experience as a Refrigeration Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Current driver’s licence
