About the Opportunity Based in our Melbourne HQ, the National Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across national markets by leading and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned to the company’s strategic plan.

This is a key leadership role that plays a critical part in strengthening client relationships, attracting high-value salon and clinic partners, expanding market presence, and improving channel profitability within a premium professional market.

Working closely with Marketing and Education, you will ensure strong alignment between product knowledge, client engagement, and commercial outcomes. In doing so, you will also optimise the capability, performance, and structure of the sales team to deliver consistent, scalable growth across the national channel.

This is a key leadership role, proven success in similar roles is essential.

What you will be doing

Lead and execute the national sales strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales team

Build and strengthen relationships with key salon and clinic partners

Identify and convert new growth opportunities across the professional market

Partner with Marketing and Education to align campaigns, education, and commercial outcomes

Use insights and performance data to drive informed commercial decisions

Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales operations to support business planning

Drive profitability through considered pricing, product mix, and channel strategy

Represent the brand at key industry events and client engagements.

What success will look like Within your first 6–12 months, you will have established strong trust with the team and key stakeholders, providing clear direction and commercial focus.

You will have strengthened strategic client relationships, secured new high-value accounts, and implemented initiatives that deliver measurable growth and improved channel performance.

The sales team will be operating with greater capability, consistency, and commercial discipline under your leadership.
