Huddle House is seeking a Restaurant Server to oversee day-to-day customer service and food service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving food orders, conveying them to cook staff, and ensuring prompt delivery. They will also maintain a clean serving area and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* We expect you to report on time, wearing a clean uniform. Greet customers with a smile and welcome them by name.
* Show the menu to guests when needed, suggestively sell products, take orders from each table
* Contact the kitchen using approved abbreviations; Ensure tickets are submitted correctly
* Bear in mind that accuracy matters: Handle payments correctly account for all tickets credit cards receipts Make sure every ticket has been closed before shift end
