Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will play a vital role in empowering older Australians to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily living assistance to clients, including eating, personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
* Support with medication reminders, prescribed exercises, dementia care, and engaging companionship activities such as reading, puzzles, or music.
* Prepare nutritious meals that cater to client dietary needs while adhering to kitchen safety protocols.
Requirements
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Possess a valid driver's license with comprehensive insurance.
* Hold current First Aid and CPR certification and a National Police Check.
* Hold a Certified Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, Disability.
* Have the right to work in Australia.
