About the role: Reporting to the Senior Leader, People Systems & Insights and as part of a specialist team, you’ll help design and deliver seamless people processes supported by reliable, insightful data. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, driving continuous improvement in employee experience, data quality, and process accuracy. Success in this role comes from the strong relationships you build and your ability to partner on key projects and initiatives—leveraging your knowledge of people systems to identify and solve pain points, and guiding solutions from scoping through to implementation. Your responsibilities will include: Administering the day-to-day business as usual activities of the People Systems & Insights (PS&I) team. Supporting the testing, documentation, and release of new functionality as part of the People & Culture (P&C) digital roadmap. Collaborating with P&C subject matter experts to identify pain points and inefficiencies in digital and business processes. Supporting the research, testing, and recommending enhancements to improve the overall employee experience. Contributing to the technical change process, including system upgrades and project implementations. Conducting end-to-end testing of system changes and version updates to ensure seamless integration. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and document outcomes effectively. Proactively identifying process gaps, system issues, and opportunities for improvement across HR processes and the employee lifecycle. About You You are highly organised with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and an ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You thrive working within agile teams and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, contributing to team success while managing your own responsibilities with confidence. We also seek: Demonstrated experience in administering HR platforms and systems Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word Skilled in creating and developing business documents, reports, and process documentation Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and a proactive approach to work Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Although not essential, experience using Oracle HCM and BI suite will be highly regarded as will formal qualifications in a Human Resources or related field.
