About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Group, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes or supported accommodation.
Your support will empower clients to live more independently and stay connected with their community.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide manual handling and medication administration support
Support clients with community access and emotional wellbeing
Work effectively with individuals displaying Behaviours of Concern
Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Use initiative and demonstrate reliability while on shift
What We're Looking For
Previous experience supporting clients with disabilities
Experience in ADLs, manual handling, and medication administration
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certificate
Flexibility to work across various locations in the St Arnaud region
