We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our Albany branch. This is a varied role where you'll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing
In this role, no two days are the same. You will:
* Deliver outstanding service to all customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
* Assist customers at the trade counter with sales, product advice, and tailored solutions
* Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach
* Pick, check, pack, and dispatch orders with care and precision
* Safely load and unload deliveries and operate forklifts (training/licensing support provided if required)
* Maintain a clean and well-organised trade centre, warehouse, and yard
* Assist with inventory management, stock receipting, and regular stock counts
* Support the Branch Manager and wider team with operational duties as needed
About you
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will bring:
* Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in a trade, warehouse, or distribution setting)
* A friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
* The ability to work well in a team and pitch in wherever needed
* Physical fitness to handle lifting and loading products safely
* A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one – we can help with training)
