Job Title: Senior Officer Shifts
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead teams in the safe, secure and efficient operation of a prison facility. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to achieve identified outcomes, demonstrating expertise in the skills of the Prison Officer role, and taking responsibility for the ongoing development and monitoring of staff performance.
