Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at VicRoads as a Customer Service Officer. We provide registration and licensing services to the Victorian community, delivering excellent customer service in person, by phone and in writing.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver registration and licensing services to customers in a dynamic environment, over the counter, face‐to‐face, by telephone and in writing following policies and procedures.
* Investigate and resolve customer enquiries promptly and courteously.
* Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalated matters to supervisor when required.
* Suggest improvements to customer service delivery processes and tools and support corporate change initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet key team and individual performance targets.
* Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff.
Qualifications & Skills
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Positive can‐do attitude and keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
* Adaptability, flexibility and agility with respect to change and adopting new methods of working.
* Team player, willing to go above and beyond when required.
* Intermediate computer literacy skills.
* A full, valid driver's licence (P plates disallowed).
* Reasonable travel required.
