Kikki.K is seeking a highly organised and detail‐driven Product Coordinator to support our Product Team across end‐to‐end product development, data integrity, reorders, quality control, and internal communication.

About The Role
* Manage SKU setup and maintenance in D365, ensuring accurate product data and timely purchase order creation and updates.
* Coordinate all incoming samples, courier shipments and business sample requests across Product, Marketing and E‐Commerce.
* Support the Production Manager with reorders, supplier onboarding and SKU re‐costing.
* Maintain compliance documentation including FSC, testing and chemical reports; support quality issue follow‐up with suppliers.
* Assist with product development and sourcing, including packaging updates, new product briefs and supplier coordination.
* Communicate key product updates internally and provide product information to cross‐functional teams.
* Support shipping and supply chain processes by communicating delays and updating purchase orders as required.
* On‐site role 5‐days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
Ideal Candidate
* 2-3 years' experience in product coordination, product administration, or a similar role.
* A relevant tertiary qualification (design, product development, business, or similar).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using D365.
* Product development or design experience (highly desirable).
* Adobe Illustrator skills (highly desirable).
* Strong multitasking ability and experience managing multiple ranges at once.
* Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
* A collaborative, proactive working style and the ability to meet deadlines.
