The Role
This is a hands‐on prospect to work alongside experienced optometrists and qualified dispensers, supporting patients throughout their eyewear and eyecare journey. You'll be involved in dispensing, frame styling, patient support, and day‐to‐day practice flow in a calm, qualified setting.
Position Details
Role: Optical Assistant / Dispenser
Hours: Part‐time or Casual
Start: Ideally February 2026
Roster: Monday to Saturday (balanced and discussed collaboratively)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour + performance bonus scheme
