Our client, a national contractor, is a company who prides themselves on delivering complex and technically challenging projects. Their reputation has been built on taking on intricate structural and maintenance works, where planning, technical understanding, and strong site leadership actually matter. They are looking for a civil supervisor who finds satisfaction in completing challenging tasks and projects and has concrete, FRP and demolition experience.
The Role & Project:
The project, based South of the River, is a $10M maintenance project, where you will lead a team of up to 20 labourers, and suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years site supervising in a similar space. The role will be hands one and suited to someone who is used to being involved, and understands strong delivery comes from a strong site culture.
Skills and Experience:
* You will have a minimum of 5 years of local experience, working as a civil/site supervisor with predominately bridge construction, maintenance and remediation works.
* A supervisor who understands people management, and aims to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Committed to maintaining a safe workplace, with an understanding of HSEQ principles.
* Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
