Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator

Cavfield is partnering with a well-established, privately owned business based in South West Sydney to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end finance administration role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and being a reliable part of a close-knit team.
The role
You'll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day finance operations running smoothly, with responsibilities across both AP and AR, including:
* End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs
* Customer invoicing and internal billing
* Reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
* Supporting month-end processes
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
* General finance and administration support as required
About you
You're organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You take pride in getting things right and enjoy working in a business where your contribution is visible and valued.
You'll bring:
* Previous experience in an AP/AR or finance administration role
* MYOB experience (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and good time management
* A practical, team-oriented mindset
* Confidence working onsite in a small to mid-sized business environment
