Senior Manager Clinical Practice Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and resilient leader to join our team as a Senior Manager Clinical Practice.
The ideal candidate will have high level intellectual and analytical skills, with the proven ability to evaluate and report clearly on both strategic and operational issues.
This role involves managing clinical and allied health professionals, providing informed and strategic advice on Directorate policies, projects and programs relating to student engagement and wellbeing initiatives in schools.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage clinical and allied health professionals to achieve team outcomes
* Provide informed and strategic advice on Directorate policies, projects and programs
* Evaluate and report clearly on both strategic and operational issues
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* At least five years current experience in human services fields as a fully registered psychologist
* Registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
* Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required
* Previous program and team management experience to achieve team outcomes
