Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high caliber B2B Sales / Business Sales Executive to join the team.
The Role
This is a front-end commercial sales role with a strong analytical foundation and clear revenue responsibility, with a primary focus on client engagement across our services.
You will work directly with business owners from initial engagement through to formal sale preparation, managing opportunities through a structured pipeline and producing high quality commercial documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing businesses across multiple industries
Interpreting and clearly explaining:
Financial performance
Value drivers
Commercial risk and opportunity
Managing your sales pipeline, including lead qualification, progression, and conversion
Preparing and presenting business sale proposals, engagement documents, and supporting materials
Guiding owners through the business sale process, expectations, and strategy
Positioning businesses for sale alongside senior business sales advisers
Building trusted relationships with:

• Business owners

• Accountants

• Professional advisors
You will be supported by full lead supply, proven systems, and experienced senior advisers, but success in this role requires strong pipeline discipline, commercial judgement, and executive-level communication.
This is a full-time role with a defined pathway into senior business sales and advisory positions.
What We're Looking For
We are targeting experienced, commercially sharp sales professionals, not juniors.
You will ideally bring:
Strong B2B sales experience, particularly selling to:
Business owners
Founders
Directors
C-suite / executives
Demonstrated experience in:
Pipeline management
Deal progression and opportunity qualification
Proposal writing and presentation
Experience operating in the small to mid-market business environment
A strong understanding of:
Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Business structures and commercial drivers
Valuation concepts (formal or informal exposure)
Confidence holding strategic commercial conversations with businesses turning over up to $100M
High professionalism, personal credibility, and commercial maturity
Highly relevant backgrounds include:
Business sales / business advisory
Business broking or M&A support roles
Commercial B2B sales (financial services, advisory, SaaS, professional services)
Corporate or enterprise sales with financial exposure
Senior account management roles with analytical and proposal responsibilities
