About the Role
Support the Project Manager in delivering complex infrastructure projects across South Australia's Mid North by overseeing delegated engineering, construction, and technical components. In this role, you'll assist with project planning, help establish key criteria, coordinate reviews, and ensure the effective implementation of project elements across diverse disciplines—including civil, concrete, electrical, and security works.
What You Will Do:
* Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration tasks.
* Ensure compliance with client quality standards, company procedures, and safety protocols.
* Manage technical queries by interpreting specifications, submitting RFIs, and liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Lead and supervise team members to promote a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
* Contribute to budgeting, progress claims, EOTs, and schedule tracking for accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
What You Will Bring:
* Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery preferably in the Civil Engineering space.
* Some experience in Contracts administration and management including variations, claims and EOTs.
* Experience in managing construction procurement, scheduling and cost tracking management.
* A recognised degree in engineering discipline or other relevant tertiary qualification.
* Australian Citizen – have a current Defence clearance or the ability to obtain one.

* Proven experience in successfully delivering complex regional road and infrastructure projects.
* Proficient skills in project management suite of software (e.g., Microsoft professional suite, MS Project), ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and project management platforms (e.g., InEight, Aconex, Procore).
* Proven commercial acumen with experience in planning up to four weeks ahead, managing budgets, tracking progress, and contributing to detailed project reporting.
