They are now seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead one of their flagship locations and drive operational and commercial excellence.
THE ROLE
As the Senior Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales and service objectives are achieved while maintaining a high‑performance culture. You'll lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage financial and operational performance, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service professionals
* Drive sales growth and deliver against key performance targets
* Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
* Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and customer service
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a Store Manager delivering on team results and store outcomes and objectives, not necessarily within the automotive trade, but must have retail or related sector and an interest in Automotive.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team
* Excellent commercial acumen with a results‑driven approach
* Solid understanding of automotive products, parts, or services (advantageous)
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency
