About the Role
We're looking for a Trade Qualified Digital Printer/Print Finisher to join our Adelaide Print Team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced printer who appreciates working with a solid team of craftspeople.
Join our team and enjoy the benefits of a rotating 5-day schedule with 8-hour shifts, alternating between morning and afternoon. Flexibility to work night shifts when required is also essential.
Duties include:
* Operating digital press machine to complete client orders in accordance with our high level of customer service standards to achieve targets & timeframes.
* Maintain machines with a strong safety focus
* Check all components & report any maintenance requirements
* Quality standard practices & maintaining quality assurance records
* Training responsibilities & coordination of duties to Assistant Printers.
About You (criteria)
* Experience with the following print technologies: HP Digital, Digicon or Galaxie.
* Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage, but not essential.
* Previous experience working in a printing/manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
* Excellent quality control & high attention to detail
* Solid work ethic with a high regard for safety
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
* Eligible Australian/New Zealand working rights.
