* Taking orders over the phone and accurately recording customer information.
* Entering orders into our ACCPAC system in a timely and efficient manner.
* Communicating with our warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and delivery of orders.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the food industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
