With multiple projects valued above $80M, this role offers exceptional exposure to large‑scale D&C delivery and a genuine pathway into Project Management.
Your new role
You'll work alongside a high‑performing project team on landmark developments, gaining hands‑on experience across structures, services coordination, and fitout. This builder is known for developing their people, offering structured mentoring, internal training, and clear progression steps toward Project Manager. Duties will include:
* Support planning, coordination, and delivery of major D&C projects
* Manage QA, ITPs, and site documentation
* Assist with subcontractor coordination and short‑term programming
* Oversee structural works, services integration, and internal fitout
* Review drawings, identify clashes, and support design resolution
* Track progress, variations, and assist with cost and program reporting
* Ensure compliance with WHS and project specifications
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on large‑scale construction projects
* Exposure to D&C projects $40M+, ideally $80M+
* Strong technical understanding across both structures and fitout
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
* Ambition to progress into a Project Manager role
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or similar
