Annual Salary Range: $113,574 - $125,720 plus superannuation

About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our small
and dynamic team. As the Executive Assistant and Office Administrator you will provide
high-quality executive and administrative support to the Information
Commissioner/IPC CEO and Privacy Commissioner, including managing the Commissioners' diary, correspondence,
briefings and documents.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be able
to work autonomously as well as part of a team to ensure the IPC's
administrative functions operate efficiently and effectively.
Your key accountabilities include:
* Support both Commissioners in the delivery of efficient and effective executive support and administrative services, especially the co-ordination and submission of key documents to the Commissioners to ensure all relevant information is provided prior to appointments and meetings.
* Effectively manage the Commissioners' diary, correspondence, briefings and documents to ensure that responses and other outcomes are of high quality and achieved within set timeframes. To do this the role exercises a high-level of relationship management and influencing skills to negotiate changes in priorities and delivery of urgent matters required.
* Provide professional and competent liaison with the Minister's Office, senior officers of Government agencies, staff and external organisations.
* Undertake business improvement projects that are aimed at delivering efficiencies and stronger corporate governance.

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administration, or similar role.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TRIM and calendar management tool
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
