Key Responsibilities
* Lead meaningful learning activities within a supportive, values‐led environment.
* Create a warm, inclusive, and high‐quality kindergarten programme that upholds recognised learning frameworks.
* Apply the EYLF, My Time, Our Place and VEYLDF frameworks to inform daily teaching practice.
* Maintain child‐safe practice and contribute to culturally responsive, inclusive learning environments.
* Support colleagues in growth, learning, and leadership.
Qualifications
* An approved Early Childhood Education teaching degree as per the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
