Johnny Gio’s Pizza is opening a brand-recent store in Mascot soon – and we’re looking for passionate Pizza Chefs to join our team!
About us:
Johnny Gio’s is one of Australia’s fastest-growing pizza brands. We serve authentic brick oven artisan pizzas, combining top-quality ingredients, consistency, and great customer experiences.
Your role:
- Hand-stretching dough & managing a brick oven
- Preparing fresh dough and pizza bar toppings
- Ensuring speed, quality, and food safety
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
What we’re looking for:
- Kitchen or hospitality experience (2+ years preferred)
- Brick oven & dough-handling skills valued
- Energy, teamwork, and reliability
- Valid visa (12+ months remaining, if applicable)
Training:
Successful applicants will complete training in one of our existing Johnny Gio’s stores before Mascot’s grand opening (at a location convenient to both you and us).

Pay: $24.95 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
