Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a flexible role that fits around school hours? Serrata Joinery is seeking a reliable Administration Assistant to join our small and supportive team, starting with Thursdays initially, to help us stay on top of key admin tasks – especially timesheets!
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable local business and grow your role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome visitors and suppliers
Manage incoming/outgoing calls and general enquiries
Monitor and reorder essential office and site supplies
Manage shared inboxes, forward tasks, and follow up on pending items
Track client enquiries and project updates
Maintain job files and compliance documents
Collect and submit weekly timesheets for payroll processing
Enter invoices and expenses
Assist with reconciliations and account updates
General data entry and admin support
What We’re Looking For:
Someone reliable, proactive, and highly organised
Confident with basic admin tasks, emails, and phone communication
Familiarity with Xero or Prime is a bonus (but we can show you the ropes!)
Friendly, approachable, and happy to work independently
