What you'll do
As the Business Development Manager you will drive growth through current sales, partnerships, and SaaS adoption.
Build strong client relationships, develop strategic plans, and secure commercial agreements. Collaborate with digital and product teams to position Bookeasy’s solutions competitively and expand market presence.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive research and client engagement.
- Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Represent Bookeasy at industry events and as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets while fostering partnerships with tourism operators and organisations.
- Deliver sales targets and provide clear reporting to support strategy.
What we're after
- Experience with booking systems or software platforms and knowledge of the Australian tourism industry.
- Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to work independently with initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to conflict resolution.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
- High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy across multiple platforms.
