We are currently seeking a key contributor to join our Learning and Development team in a vital role that will encompass staff training support, change management facilitation, training room preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Fostering collaboration with the L&D team
* Supporting the planning and execution of training initiatives
* Assisting with strategic change management projects
* Preparing and maintaining training facilities
* Negotiating and fostering relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, proficiency in Workday or SAP software, and solid data entry abilities. Additionally, they should be proactive, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be available to work during peak periods.
