Casual Retail Assistants
to join our team.
This role will allow the right candidate to work
20 to 30 hours per week
, with more shifts available over the busy upcoming Christmas period.
This role has an immediate start.
As a team member, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support sales, and ensure our stores are styled and presented to a premium standard.
Pay & Classification
This role falls under the
General Retail Industry Award (MA000004)
.
Casual hourly rates range from
Level 1 $33.19 – Level 8 $40.56
, depending on experience and classification.
With penalty rates, included for weekends and public holidays.
Applicants with greater experience and strong references may qualify for higher classification levels.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail/customer service experience (fashion, footwear or premium retail an advantage).
A strong customer-first mindset with a skilled and stylish approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends.

Working Holiday and Student Visa holders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
