Base pay range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr

The opportunity
As a key member of the corporate development team, you work collaboratively to support the Directors with the identification and evaluation of strategic investment decisions. You will have deep knowledge of the industry landscape and work closely with the executive to provide key insights to help drive the company’s growth strategy.
With an air of humility, you bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking, and sound business judgement, along with the ability to think about what is - and what could be.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting industry research and presenting findings to senior management
* Financial modelling for corporate activities including acquisitions, divestitures, and financing
* Construction of financial statements and projects to support key investment proposals
* Creating and maintaining working relationships with senior stakeholders from various professional firms.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Bachelor’s Degree; Commerce, Economics and/or Business
* Post graduate qualification CA, CPA and/or studying towards CFA, Master of Applied Finance
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a background in management consulting, corporate advisory, and/or similar corporate strategy role
* Excellent report writing skills and ability to present high quality work
* Commercially astute with experience building business cases and/or transaction experience encompassing valuations and/or due diligence
