About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Retail Manager to spearhead our team and oversee daily operations of a busy retail store.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote efficient store operations to ensure seamless performance.
* Develop, motivate and lead staff to achieve sales objectives and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Oversee stock management, inventory control and visual merchandising strategies.
* Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
* Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication, issue resolution and feedback.
* Prepare detailed sales reports, budgets and performance evaluations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail management or assistant management roles preferred.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational and adaptability abilities.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
