We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our coal testing laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in monitoring and managing compliance to safety regulations
* Reporting hazards and incidents
* Complete incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and work practices are adjusted accordingly
* Achieve effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain a workplace free from discrimination
Requirements
* Competencies for operating laboratory equipment
* Previous experience in operating onsite laboratories
* Proficient in MS Office, including basic spreadsheeting
* Writing and mathematical analytical principles
* Proficient in all aspects of laboratory operations
