Biosolids Practice Lead
As a key member of our water team, we are seeking a highly skilled Biosolids Practice Lead to drive business growth and technical excellence in the wastewater industry.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies across North America, in coordination with Wastewater Market Sector leadership and other technical Business Class Directors. This role requires strong technical expertise in all aspects of wastewater biosolids processing, including thickening/dewatering, digestion, advanced stabilization, thermal hydrolysis, heat drying, beneficial end use, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of technical experience with all aspects of wastewater biosolids processing and proven project management skills, including invoicing, budget and schedule controls, and management of project staff. A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or a related sciences discipline is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Registered Professional Engineer status is also desirable.
