About the Role

This role is for someone who wants to build, fix and strategize training programs. You'll lead a small team and take full ownership of our training ecosystem.

You'll rebuild our Training Needs Analysis and competency frameworks, solve real problems and shape culture. Your work will directly impact how people learn, grow and succeed on site.

If you're tired of being boxed in by rigid systems or underfunded programs, this is your chance to lead with purpose and be backed to deliver.

About You

You're inventive and experienced, having worked in mining or heavy industry and led training initiatives. You've got a knack for systems thinking and are motivated by impact.

You'll thrive here if you're hands-on and strategic, comfortable running training days, mentoring a team and mapping out long-term plans.
