Mid–Senior Full Stack Developers (TypeScript / Python) I AI Start Up (Remote AU)
Our client is a remote-first Australian startup growing fast and disrupting a long-established B2B niche within the MedTech industry. Their mission is to redefine how businesses use AI to manage complex product information, and we’re looking for Mid–Senior full stack engineers to help scale their AI-driven platform.
You’ll join a collaborative engineering team working on a AI RAG chat dashboard- the core product enabling customers to onboard data, generate documents, and power product information management through cutting-edge AI.
This is a chance to work on meaningful technology shaping the MedTech space, while growing alongside a startup at a rapid pace.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and scaling full stack features across React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL
- Owning vertical slices of the product (frontend to backend, and into AI integrations)
- Contributing to the evolution of our AI-powered dashboards and document generators
- Collaborating with a small, high-performing team where strengths are matched to impact areas
- Helping shape engineering culture, processes, and best practices
- Strong experience in React + TypeScript (frontend)
- Backend experience with NestJS/ExpressJS, Python
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL )
- Strong interest in AI/LLMs and solving real-world product challenges
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, AWS CDK)
