Rehabilitation Consultant Role
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant with expertise in Counselling or Psychology to join the Arriba Group team.
About the Position
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree)
* Strong passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

About You
* Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Passion for assisting clients through career and health transitions
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
The Responsibilities
* Deliver assessments and counselling for clients facing career changes
* Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new careers
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders
* Identify return-to-work barriers and develop programs for injured employees
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers
