People and Culture Generalist
FULL TIME and Permanent Role

Location: Outer northern Suburbs of Adelaide (with onsite Parking)
Salary: Up to $ % Super dependent on experience
Hours: 38 hour working week MON to FRI with flexible start/finish times
PLEASE NOTE: The is a fully office-based role, not hybrid
Key areas of the role:
This is a generalist HR role related to ER and IR for the company, plus end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar roles (high volume) including sourcing, onboarding and offboarding of labour-hire candidates.
Experience required for the role:
* Previous HR and recruitment experience (high volume blue collar) and ideally to have gained this experience in a manufacturing, industrial or construction services environment
* Experience in dealing with different Awards and EBAs
* Experience in supporting payroll processing is advantageous
* Experience using PRONTO is advantageous
* Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred
