About this Opportunity
A seasoned Quantity Surveyor is required to provide expert commercial and cost management support across multiple projects from acquisition through design and construction.
* Strong knowledge of Australian contract forms and construction practices.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
* 8–15 years' professional QS experience, including civil, infrastructure, and residential/commercial projects.
* Professional membership (AIQS/MRICS).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Office.
