Oracle HCM Project Manager (Contract)

We are partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major Oracle HCM implementation and are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to join the end client team.
This role will work client side, ensuring the System Integrator (SI) remains aligned, accountable, and on track while helping deliver a high quality implementation outcome.
About the role
You will play a critical role during the early stages of the program, providing strong governance, stakeholder leadership, and delivery oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and overseeing the System Integrator to ensure delivery quality and adherence to scope
* Providing client side leadership across the Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle
* Establishing governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management processes
* Driving stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
* Ensuring milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met
* Supporting successful delivery outcomes aligned to business objectives
About you
We are looking for a delivery focused professional with strong enterprise implementation experience.
You will bring:
* Proven experience managing Oracle HCM implementations
* Strong client side program or project management experience
* Experience working with System Integrators and holding vendors accountable
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise environments
* Experience in large scale transformation programs highly desirable
Contract details
Duration: 9 month contract (March to November, likely extension)
Location: Sydney preferred
Engagement: Day rate contract (PAYG preferred)
