As a Housekeeping Inspector, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough inspections of all guest rooms to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

* Ensure that all guest rooms are ready for occupancy in a timely manner to maximize guest satisfaction.
">
* Perform regular inspections of public areas, including corridors, elevator landings, and stairwells, to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
">
* Develop and maintain knowledge and skills of department members through education, training, and coaching.
">
* Track and maintain deep clean programs.
">
* Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly notifying management of concerns and observations.
">
* Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
">
* Promote positive guest relations at all times.
">

Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, along with two years of housekeeping experience in a similar hotel environment.
">
* One year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a similar environment is strongly preferred.
">
* The ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
">
">
Work Environment
">
This role requires:

* Frequent standing, walking, use of hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
">
* Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
">
* Ability to adjust focus and have good peripheral vision.

* Exposure to a fast-paced and often crowded casino environment.
