Job Description
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account strategies across a portfolio of major clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining senior-level relationships across key customer organisations
* Driving revenue growth within existing accounts while identifying new project opportunities
* Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to customer needs
* Leading tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract outcomes
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and industry exposure. Key attributes include:
o Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within construction, civil, industrial, or related sectors
o Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and influence commercial outcomes
o Experience managing tenders, contracts, and multi-stakeholder environments
o Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
o Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
o High levels of energy, urgency, and accountability in your approach

o $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Super + Annual Bonus Incentive
