We're on the hunt for a driven and guest-focused Contact Centre Sales Agent to join our team in our Bondi Junction office. Responsibilities
* Convert interest into bookings: Handle inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and turn them into confirmed travel reservations
* Sell with confidence: Recommend and upsell our full range of travel products, including Guided Holidays, Inspiring Journeys, Short Breaks, and Day Tours
* Deliver full-service experiences: Offer guests end-to-end travel solutions, from accommodation and insurance to flights and rail
* Be the voice of AAT Kings: Build rapport and trust with every guest you speak to
* Own your performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets
* Keep it organised: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and booking platforms to manage guest details and track leads
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
* Guest-focused, confident and driven by results
* Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand destinations
* Available to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays
