Full Time Role with Flexibility
We are currently partnered with a large, well known utilities business located SOR in Murdoch who are seeking a seasoned Credit Officer on a 12 month temp contract. The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional levels of customer service via inbound and outbound calls for consumer debt collection. You will be assisting customers experiencing payment difficulties or financial hardship, in a professional, respectful and courteous manner in order to allow them to manage their payments and remain connected. We are seeking exceptional Customer Service skills for this role! Must be available for an almost immediate start to be considered for this position.
**Duties Include**:
- Assist residential customers experiencing financial hardship to manage their payments to ensure that they remain connected.
- Assist customers to find more information regarding assistance programs, including government programs, consumer representative organisations, financial counsellors and concessions.
- Liaise with stakeholders or other departments to source information and resolve issues to achieve first point of contact resolution whenever possible.
- Collection calls and communications
- Respond to customer enquires within set timeframes
- Negotiation of payment arrangements
- Maintain customer account profile and accuracy of account
**About You**:
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Experience using a large ERP such as Oracle or SAP
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and mid-tier ERP
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Results focused
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Advanced negotiation and analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines
- Strong proven relationship building and interpersonal skills
