As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain high operational standards and create a positive, engaged team environment.
To thrive in this role, you'll ideally bring:
* Retail management, supervisory or team‐leading experience (retail or other customer‐focused industries welcome)
* A people‐first leadership style, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
* A strong customer focus and drive to maintain high sales standards a busy trading environment
* Operational capability across visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting
* A strong commitment to safety and compliance, ensuring a safe workplace for your team and customers
Experience in the automotive industry or strong product knowledge is beneficial but not essential — we're open to diverse backgrounds and transferable skills. Bring the leadership and drive, and we'll teach you the auto.
