Job Overview
A critical role is available for a professional to support the lifecycle of Minerva hardware systems.
* This position involves providing technical assistance for hardware across various environments, including Dell, HP, and Cisco.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, coordinating warranty repairs, and supporting hardware deployment, patching, and maintenance under Defence protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Provide expert technical support for hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with support teams to maintain serviceable stock and SOPs
* Assist with set-to-work activities and training of shipboard CIS teams
Requirements:
* Highly developed knowledge of ICT Hardware, ICT Vendor Warranty Processes, and Hardware Asset Management
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Familiarity with Cisco, HYCU, Red Hat, Elastic, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Minerva systems desirable
