You will support clients across a range of sectors including health and aged care, skilled services, property and construction, financial services, hospitality, retail, technology and government.
Responsibilities
* Post‐employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws.
* Organisational change strategy and management.
* Sexual harassment and bullying.
* Workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.

* Employment, Workplace and Industrial Relations Law experience gained in a reputable private practice environment.
* Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Passionate about client service and enjoys the client‐facing side of the role.
