* Coach and build confidence, helping participants recognise their strengths, overcome barriers, and step into work with motivation and pride.
* Create tailored solutions, designing employment pathways and customizing support to meet each individual's needs.
* Advocate for inclusive workplaces, working with employers to support sustainable, accessible hiring.

To be considered, you will have...
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willing to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
* Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
