We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a high-performing team based in Geelong. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable and growing organisation with a strong reputation in the building and construction sector.

The Role


Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:


• Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets

• Building and maintaining relationships with builders, architects, developers and homeowners

• Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to handover to project delivery

• Interpreting plans and technical specifications

• Following up leads and maintaining CRM accuracy

• Managing showroom enquiries and appointments

• Providing market feedback and identifying growth opportunities

This is a consultative sales role requiring technical understanding and relationship management skills.

• Proven sales performance against targets

• Experience in construction, building products or large household installations (highly regarded)

• Ability to interpret building plans and technical drawings

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High level of organisation and attention to detail

• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously

• Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
