The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include:
• Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with builders, architects, developers and homeowners
• Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to handover to project delivery
• Interpreting plans and technical specifications
• Following up leads and maintaining CRM accuracy
• Managing showroom enquiries and appointments
• Providing market feedback and identifying growth opportunities
This is a consultative sales role requiring technical understanding and relationship management skills.
