About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels.
- Prepare accurate quotes for builders, architects, and residential clients.
- Support B2B sales activity by nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Process orders and ensure all documentation is correct and complete.
- Maintain daily communication with production, scheduling, logistics, and installation teams to stay ahead of timelines and capacity.
- Proactively communicate updates, changes, or delays to clients to ensure transparency and strong relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to prevent or resolve issues.
- Coordinate post‑delivery and installation communication, ensuring a seamless after‑sales experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and customer data.

About You

- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, inside sales, or B2B account management.
- Industry background in construction, manufacturing, trades, or building products (highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with builders, site supervisors, architects, and homeowners.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, CRMs, and quoting platforms.
- Solutions‑focused with the ability to stay calm and organised in a quick‑paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer care.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with operations, logistics, and production teams.
