The Opportunity
Based in our Townsville office, you’ll step into a warm desk with live roles ready to fill and an established client base from day one. This is a true 360 recruitment role, managing the full cycle across white-collar, blue-collar, temp and perm placements.
You’ll build strong client partnerships, source high-quality candidates, and drive business development to grow your portfolio and earnings.
What You’ll Bring
1. 1–2+ years’ agency recruitment experience in a 360 capacity
2. Experience running a temp desk (highly regarded)
3. Exposure to both blue and white-collar recruitment (advantageous)
4. Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
5. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
6. Driven, goal-oriented and resilient
