Medical Oncology Nurse Role

About the Role
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with senior staff as needed.
* Promote effective communication and teamwork within the department and hospital.
* Provide patient education and act as a resource where necessary.
* Support and supervise staff and students, including orientating and precepting new team members.
* Contribute to achieving operational objectives and advancing patient satisfaction.
As a successful candidate, you will have registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and recent acute inpatient experience. You will also demonstrate commitment to quality patient care and well-developed interpersonal skills.
