Marketing Manager The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading construction organisation to appoint a Marketing Manager into a senior, business-critical role supporting a diverse portfolio of construction projects across metropolitan and regional markets. This position sits within a complex, delivery-led environment where reputation, capability and relationships matter. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the business presents itself to clients, partners and stakeholders across the full project lifecycle — from early engagement through to delivery and completion. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will lead marketing activity across corporate, project and sector-specific initiatives. You will work closely with pre-construction, bids, project delivery and executive teams to ensure marketing outputs support work-winning, client engagement and long-term brand credibility. This role requires a marketer who understands the realities of construction — long lead times, multiple stakeholders, compliance requirements and the need for clarity over creativity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to the construction pipeline, sector focus and geographic markets Partner with bid and pre-construction teams to support tenders, EOIs and capability submissions Lead project marketing activity including project launches, milestones, case studies and completion communications Manage brand governance across site signage, project collateral, digital channels and corporate materials Translate technical capability into clear, compelling and credible marketing content Manage external agencies, consultants and suppliers across creative, digital and communications Support internal communications initiatives that connect project teams and leadership Monitor marketing performance and provide insight to senior stakeholders About you Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role within construction, civil, infrastructure or engineering environments Strong understanding of bid-led, project-based businesses Experience working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams Comfortable producing and overseeing content that supports tenders, projects and client engagement Able to balance structure, governance and brand storytelling Highly organised, commercially aware and confident operating in complex organisations What’s on offer A senior marketing role within a large, respected construction business Exposure to major projects and senior decision-makers The opportunity to shape marketing across both work-winning and project delivery phases Competitive remuneration and flexible working arrangements
